We took a look at the upcoming July events, and we created a list of some of the events we’d recommend for Philly digital marketers:

Digital Marketing 101 (June 28 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.) – I know, this course isn’t technically in June, but this free Philly digital marketing meetup is designed to be perfect for people with varying levels of knowledge. After a half hour of networking and snacks, WeSpeak Easy will take you on a journey through marketing basics, including persona creation, the buyer’s journey, strategy and tactics, and analytics. There will also be time set aside for answering specific questions or problems you may be facing. This event will be held at 2424 Studios in Fishtown, so you can walk, take the train, or drive.

DigitalHack Marketing Series (July 4 from 1 to 2 p.m.) – if you don’t have time for in-person workshops and conferences, try a digital marketing webinar on for size. This webinar focuses on the digital marketing and advertising techniques you should be using to grow your business. Participants can interact with each other and the presenter, so it’s the perfect way to troubleshoot real-life problems you may be having. They only accept 10 participants, so claim your seat while there’s still some left.

SEO and Digital Marketing Happy Hour (July 11 from 5:30 to 8 p.m.) – maybe you aren’t the conference or lecture type, which is OK! There are tons of excellent Philly digital marketing networking events, such as this free SEO and Digital Marketing Happy Hour! Held at Opa on 13th and Sansom Street, this is a very casual way to meet other local digital marketers and discuss best practices. Events like these are always fun because you will become more connected with your local industry, get first hand advice, and enjoy some drinks and appetizers along the way!

Build A Marketing Implementation Plan (July 12 from 1 to 4 p.m.) – where are my ladies at? Be one of 25 women business owners at 30 North 41st Street and learn how to build an actionableimplementation plan for your marketing strategy. For $30, you will be provided the templates and frameworks necessary to get a firm grasp on marketing and help your business grow. Attendees are encouraged to network and collaborate with the other women business owners, so we can build a strong female community.

Social Media Marketing Mastery: Develop Your Complete Social Media Strategy (July 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) – held at the Make coworking offices at 1635 Market Street, this workshop will help you develop a complete social media strategy in one day. Gone are the days of haphazardly posting here and there, because this workshop promises to give you actionable advice you can implement right away. Hosted by social media specialist David D. Simons, this course is capped at 15 people to give the proper degree of attention to each person. Tickets for this workshop are a little steep, ringing in at $497, but if you’re struggling to master social media, this is the place to be.

Digital Summit Philadelphia 2018 (July 31 to August 1) – this two-day conference is jam-packed with industry thought leaders from around the country, and it is one of the best experiences for Philly digital marketers. The Digital Summit has topics up and down the entire spectrum of digital marketing, including content marketing, SEO, email marketing, analytics, and so much more. This year’s keynote is from Scott Dikkers, founder of The Onion. The summit is held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and even though tickets are a pricey $295, it is well worth your money.
